Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow 4-6 business days for us to pack and ship your order from our studio. Following dispatch, the delivery company typically takes an additional 6-14 business days to deliver your package to the provided address. How much does shipping cost?

Our standard shipping fee is $6 USD.We do offer expedited shipping, which is more reliable and insured.The cost for this service is $17.

Undeliverable/Lost/Stolen Packages

I received a damaged order

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We aim to process complaints within 3 working days. You may need to return the damaged items, and for courier-related issues, provide a damage report with the courier to avoid rejected complaints.
